K-pop Birthdays in December 2026: Idols & K-drama Actors

K-pop birthdays in December 2026 begin and end with BTS: Jin on 4 December and V on 30 December. In between come Sunghoon and Ni-ki of ENHYPEN on back-to-back days, Sana of TWICE on 29 December, and Joshua of SEVENTEEN, who shares 30 December with V. The month opens with IVE's debut anniversary on 1 December.

In Seoul, fans mark days like these with ads in subway stations, on city buses and on digital screens. This page lists the dates we have confirmed so far, in order, so you can see what is coming and plan around it. The calendar covers idols and K-drama actors, and we add a name only after we have checked the date. More names will join this list as we confirm them.

Where a row has a "See a past ad" link, it opens a fan ad we have run for that artist, with photos of how it looked in the station or on the street.

When to start planning a birthday ad

Contact us at least one month before your ad's start date.

Here is how that works with this month's dates. For an ad that starts on Jin's birthday, 4 December, contact us by 4 November. For an ad that starts on 30 December, the birthday of both V and Joshua, contact us by 30 November.

Many fans like the ad to be up before the day itself, so that people see it in the days leading up to the birthday. If that is your plan, count back from the day you want the ad to start, not from the birthday.

A fan ad goes through three steps: the design, the review of the design, and the installation. Each step takes time, and a birthday will not move. The steps are explained on How It Works.

The earlier you ask, the more spots there are to choose from.

Where fan ads run in Seoul

Here are three kinds of ad we have run for fans in Seoul. A subway lightbox is a lit panel on a station wall, seen by people walking through the same passage every day. A bus ad is printed on adhesive sheets on the outside of a city bus and travels along its route. A digital screen shows your artwork or a short video in rotation with other ads.

Each one suits a different kind of design and a different kind of message. You can compare them on Ad Spots, and see how other fans used them in our Cases.

You do not need to be in Korea to plan an ad. Fans abroad send us the occasion, the date and their artwork, and we handle the booking and installation in Seoul.

Dates are taken from official artist profiles and announcements. Fan ads are organized by fans. FanAd Korea is not affiliated with any artist or agency.
